Gee, I'm not sure. Sometimes it's really uncomfortable to sit with those feelings until the next appointment. Do you still have emotion left over by the time you go to your next appointment? I've done different things after therapy appointments have left me with "something brewing" like leave messages on my T's answering machine, write in my journal, make art-sometimes I will share these with my T (usually)-For me I think it helps me focus on my feelings. I don't know, but if it's too much to sit with sometimes you have to express in between appointments. Well maybe try to hold on to something and see if you experience therapy differently because of it. Good luck. :-) sleepy
