I think some t's do.
But that isn't just a problem with t's
It is a problem with people in general.I have trouble seeing someone who thinks they have all the answers.
Nobody has all the answers so if they think they do then that isn't a good sign.

Meet them and see how it goes.
If it goes well and you think you might like to work with them based on what you have seen of them so far then see if you can trial working together for maybe 4 or 6 sessions.
Make a proper decision after that.It can be good to make it a 'deciding whether we are suited to working with one another' decision. That way it is a decision both of you can make.
