Can you ask your GP to refer you to a different Pdoc? It's inevitable that patients will sometimes experience personality clashes with health care professionals, and you should be able to convince your GP to refer you to someone else on that basis.
However, I'd recommend you don't tell your GP you think your Pdoc is a bad doctor; it probably won't help. Just say you would prefer to be treated by someone else.
