*** I've heard this before from other people. So it doesn't sound so strange to me. Can you talk to her about this? Do you know why you are afraid that she will ditch you?

*** Interviewing therapists can be important, but it is a lot of work. How long have you been seeing her? How does she compare to previous therapists you have had?

*** Did she let you color before? I love art therapy kinds of things. A new therapist moved into the office next to my therapist - she has a Sand Table - her sign says she does Sand Therapy. I want to go do Sand Therapy!

*** That is a nice thought. Sometimes it takes some practice to be able to get the words to come out. Hopefully you will start to feel comfortable enough with her so you can do that. In the meantime, you can practice typing them to us... I know that there are sometimes when I really have to force myself to say things - I know that my therapist can't help me unless he knows certain things, so I force them out. But it is hard. Can you tell her that it is hard for you to talk when things are rough? Maybe you can figure out a way together to make it easier.

> i'm so tired. i wish i could sleep better.

What is disturbing your sleep? Is it hard to get to sleep, to stay asleep, or are you waking up early, or do you not feel rested after you sleep? Or are you getting lots of sleep and still feeling tired?

Do you know what prompted this "down"? Were there any particular things happening that triggered it?
