Daisy, I love this.

I've been kind of floating around in therapy lately; I feel like the other shoe is going to drop about SOMETHING, but I can't put my finger on it. Something is going on inside me and I can't figure it out.

So, I'm talking to my T. last night and I said something like, "Not to dramatize things, but..." and he told me not to qualify things or say I'm being dramatic. I'm thinking, "Come on, I am a rational being and I REFUSE to get worked up about this!"

And then he said, "Look what you've had to deal with...w,x,y and z...you're allowed to have the feelings you have, look what you've accomplished when you had so little growing up."

And it was OK. Dealing with my particular very old, very heavy baggage these days may be dust bunnies to some, but they're my scary monsters to kick the ***t out of. Eventually.

:)
