Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Posted by eugenia on November 11, 2004, at 8:32:09

Hi:
Just wondering whether anyone has used this therapy for long standing depression, impulsiveness, suicidality, etc...
Never thought that at thirty-five I would still be struggling, but have decided to try this new therapy developed for Borderline Personality Disorder by Marsha Linehan. Sick of wearing the Prozac chastity belt! Feedback much appreciated.
