from my T today. I was really surprised at the warmth and good wishes she put into it. I spent the entire session weeping and carrying on about drinking and work and anxiety and panic, and when I left she gave me this lovely gift of a hug.
p.s. we think my hormones have gone batty and are taking me along for the ride.
