That is the worst experience I have ever heard. I can understand your reluctance to seek another therapist, but believe me, there are good ones out there. And even ones on a sliding scale. If there's no one on your plan that you like, seek out someone on sliding scale, which is based on what you make. I found that to be a better route for me.
