You are so sweet! Thanks for your feedback.

I would imagine that seeing a horrified expression on someone's face when you are telling them something might reinforce that it was actually horrible. I know that an empathic statement about how bad something must have been for me is often enough to open the floodgates for me. Of course I'm a crier, so that isn't too hard. :)
