I'm glad your Therapist is helping you with all this. She sounds really great. If you trust her judgement and believe in her, why can't you trust her judgement and belief in you? She cares because you are worth caring about. You are sweet and kind and she wants to help. Please allow that. You don't have to understand it. Just accept it and smile gently. :)
I hope this all gets resolved for you soon. It is crummy. I'm adding my prayers to the cosmos for you.
