I love the fact that you got to show off! That must have really been ego-boosting! I've said to my therapist that he wouldn't even recognize the highly functional, competent me at work -- he would think it was my less crazy twin.
As for your questions . . .
Cookie: gingerbread man (run, run as fast as you can!)
Island partner: Bono from U2 -- then I wouldn't care at all about being stranded ;)
Shoe: a well-worn, comfortable pair of leather sandals, reliable and predictable and very low-maintenance
