No, I would know about it. He would tell me as he usually does after an alter comes out and I have a certain level of co-consciousness as well so I can have flashes of information later on afterwards.

> how often do they come out in therapy (if at all)?Not that often as of late. But usually every session we try to establish contact with one of them, unfortunately its so exhausting on me that I often won't want to "allow" the alter to talk.
