Gosh I hadn't even thought of that. My therapist uses nothing *but* a cell phone. Hmmmm....
I mean a phone session doesn't seem any different from the between session calls that are pretty standard with many therapists. Just longer and more compensated.
But I know better than to talk on a cell phone about sensitive information. I wonder why I forget that when it's my therapist.
