Yes, I can totally relate to this. I don't have the exact situations, but very similiar scenerios. These are all major life changes and they just keep adding up on each other. It's like you are hit with just too many stressors and the body and mind are deeply affected.
We live in time that want's for us to "just to get over it." There's no such thing really. Our ancestors understood this well. Just about 100 y/o, people respected grief and may have grieved for the rest of their lives and were respected for it.
With each change either positive or negative, the mind goes through a grieving process. So, it is totally understandable for you to feel as you do right now. There is nothing wrong with this. Respect how you feel and honor it. You've been hit with a tidal wave and you are feeling the aftermath. You mind and body maybe trying to say slow down. Respect whatever your body is telling you. Greiving can't not be rushed and it can't not be stuffed well either. That just leads to an expression of physical illness.
I am glad you took the risk to share. You aren't alone in your struggles.
