depersonilization also called decentralization exuse spelling , is like you feel like you are stoned , completely high on something even though you are completely sober.
think of the feeeling of being ina huge shopping centre basically everything dosent seem real and there are just masses of people and colours everywhere and you are just a small person in the masses of people , you feel like you arent really there in a sense.
ive heard depersonilization is when u go through brief seconds or moments from neurosis to psychosis but u arent psychotic , i would chose to rather not believe this , wat do u people think
