Here's my feable attempt at decyphering your dream: :)

The water represents your feelings towards therapy (or possibly toward something else).
"The water has been murky, clear, still, wavy, contained, and vast." I think maybe at times you feel insight in regard to what's going on with you (clear water), and at other times, you wish you knew more (murky). The wavy water could represent feelings of instability or change. Contained water might be a symbol of stability and safety. Vast...hmm, I'm not sure on that one.
When you say that sometimes your T is with you in the dream, it makes me wonder what the water was like in that dream (choppy or calm?). Maybe you see him as a lifegaurd? This kinda reminds me of Daisy's last homework assignment. Did you read that post? Anyway, that's my attempt. What do you think?
