So I could probably tell you the same thing you told me -- remember where you were when you started and look at how far you have come. Remember what your goals are -- and keep taking those baby steps.

I haven't really ever wanted a "do over" because once is really enough, really! How did you feel about him "pushing" you (besides him being mean)? If you can tolorate it, I think it is progress. I think you also have to define your needs for support. I can't say that I would find a hug supportive but that is because I don't like to be touched. That's just me. However, if calling you back is what you need to feel supported, then say so, etc.

I think giving up many of your "have to do's" can be either good or bad, depends on the motivation for doing it. If it is about the realization that the world isn't going to cave in if the laundry isn't done, congratulations. If it is a punishment, "I'll show them" or if it the lack of energy, I'm more worried.

I wish this wasn't so hard and I had better advice. Maybe when my chest gets unconstricted, I'll be able to think better. Take care of yourself.
