>>>I still can´t name the things, I still can´t share the feelings and I am feeling really on the edge right now, but I am learning how to reach out...I have a really long way to go and right now I am finding it really hard to cope but I wanted to share a bit..

Adia,

I've been following this thread and I just wanted to reach out and tell you how brave I think you are. I know the terror of naming, of saying it out loud. When I finally said it out loud, I felt so transparent, like everyone could see or feel what happened and like I was in soooo much trouble for finally (finally-- 32 yrs later!) telling someone. I had a HUGE melt down and need to see/talk to my Therapist almost everyday for a week. I still struggle with doubt and worry and fear everytime we go near the subject so we don't everytime. It is slow...I can tell you are really trying though.

You are not alone anymore. I'm glad you have support. Allow yourself to "borrow" other's strength and courage when yours ebbs and take one step at a time.

I'm thinking about you.
