I hope you will let us know how you are doing. I know that feeling of desperation. It can and will pass eventually. I agree with the others about seeing a regular doc, even an ER one, you need an alternative to going straight to the mental hospital (which is what I assume you're speaking of). Outpatient therapy is an option as well. The docs will let you know if inpatient therapy is needed, and then, if it is, you can go from there and do what needs to be done to get well again. The other stuff in your life can wait. Your health is what's most important. Please let us know how you are doing.
