Sometimes people find self-help books/workbooks, etc. helpful. But this is mighty expensive. You could probably find a book at the library that provides good advice on self help for anxiety. In fact, you can probably find similar material FREE from non-profit groups on the internet. No need to spend so much cash, imo.

I have found some self help books useful. But self-help materials don't often substitute well for in person treatment, both therapy and/or meds.
