This should be on the med board. I'll let Dr. Bob redirect it but I'm answewring your post here as I'm sure this board is where you'll check for a return post.

I have ADD & take Celexa & Dexedrine. I added Provigil almost a year ago. It was for the narcolepsy I also have. It did nothing for the narcolepsy but together with Celexa & Dexedrine is a great combination for me. I'm not sure to what extent it's helped my ADD (I know it has, just not sure how much), but it's a great motivator & AD for me. I'm sure we're all unique but the combination of the three are as good as it's going to get for me. Have you checked out Provigil at all?
