HI eveyone
Have u ever think of other form of treatement along with medication such as psychological therapy or other alternative medical therapies such as acupuncture. I myself is under medication for now 21 months and i also have tried to get rid of the medications by myself as i've been told by my psy i may need medic foe life-time as diabetics. That i don't think as from Sept 02 i'm having psychological therapy and that has help me to cope with my frequent panic attack, muscle pains headaches, nervosity, and insomnia. I don't say medication is not needed, but it's only an aid for us to get along our daily life but unfortunately these meds have a lot of side effects that looks like symptoms of depression. That makes us ask ourself whether it's the side effects or the illness!!!

But remember we have to be strong and only psychological therapy can do that and also cure the thing that trigger the depression. Meds are only an aid only that and we need it for some time. Be patient and learn how to cope with it and then get rid of meds.

Good luck and be strong.
Panda.
