that wasn't very clear (will likely be misunderstood).
i am protesting the idea that the size of the group who is protesting matters. that is to say you think you don't need to listen insofar as the group is small enough. i think that regardless of the size of the group -- the message is worth listening to.
when it comes to vaccine: 'rational people may disagree'. that is to say... rational people... may disagree... and so... if you are going to choose (because you have the power) to exert your will upon the people...
then let's hear your strategy with respect to what it is that you are willing to pay out to those same people if, in face, you get it wrong.
if there are harms arising or whatever... how much money are you prepared to spend on your being wrong?
or... are you only so determined that you know what is best because you think there isn't a gosh darned thing that the people can do about it either way. so... you then get busy with the forced compliance. because you don't think there is ANY cost to your being wrong at all.
I mean... If you thought there was potentially a cost to you of getting things wrong in a sitaution where rational people could disagree... You would back the f*ck off. Right?
