BDD and Medication

Hi i'm new here. I have been suffering from BDD for 10 years now. Where i live, in Canada there are literally no specialists. I am just wondering if there is anyone who can relate, has any info or suggestions for meds or basically just to say they understand. I have read some of the messages and i am curious about the med Parnate. If anyone could respond it would be much appreciated.
