This is a very dangerous drug. The people held hostage in Russia about 2 years ago died from terroists putting Fentnyl fumes through the vents. Some with a tolerance lived. By taking apart a patch you have no idea what amount you are getting. In other words 1 time you might feel nothing and the next time, with the same amount you might die. Duragesic is 100 times more potent than Morphine. Do not play russian roulette (Excuse the saying) because that is what you are doing. This is from somebody that has had over 20 major surgeries from sports at high school and college level and has been on c-2 narcotics for 15 years and will never be able to get off them if I want to walk.
