Hi Jost. I am not doing very well. I'm crashing, I had a brief few hours of manic hit me the other day and was feeling high as the sky, but I've now nose dived deeper into my depression. I couldn't get outta bed yesterday. I can't stand feeling hopeless. I'll see you tomorrow. brokenbaby
