Effexor withdrawal!

Anyone have any suggestions on how to ease the Effexor withdrawals? I can't get over the dizziness, headaches, lack of energy, mood swings, brain fog, etc. I read elsewhere that these symptoms can last for months.

I used to take 150mg every other day. When I was put on Strattera, I stopped Effexor immediately. I've been wanting to get off the stuff for months for various reasons.

I feel for anyone who's had to stop Effexor suddenly. Eeek!
