Welcome Chopperdude.

I don't have any experience with Remeron, so I can't offer you any specific help with your question. I do know what it's like to have dreams stay with you when you wake up. Sometimes it's hard to shake them off or to transition from sleep to fully awake.

The meds board is a place where you'll likely find folks with knowledge about your question. You might try checking that out and posting there. And feel free to jump in on boards when you feel comfortable doing so.
