Bipolar 2: I cant take this much longer

I have been in serious depression for two years.
have been on Lithium for about 20 years. Been on various other stuff. Currently Lithium + Cipramil+ Lamictal + Zopiclone.
Had previous episodes but this is the worst following the suicide of my sister and break up of my marriage. I just feel utterly lost and nothing seems to take the pain away
