Hi Kwame and Welcome to Psycho-Babble!
The boards are a great place to find answers to your questions, both medication related or not. There are lots of very supportive and friendly people here.
I don't know too much about Abilify and it's effects on sleep, but someone on the Psycho-Babble board may be able to help you with your question.
