Welcome - I was on Effexor for about a year and a half and my vision problems with the med was that it dried my eyeballs out (I wear contact lenses). Could that be the issue with you??
I think I remember seeing about this in the past here - you could try a search of the archives, try "effexor" and "vision"???

Oh, and my eyes did get better.
