Effexor extended side effects

I have taken 150mg/day effexor for about 2 years. Recently I have been feeling very spacey, dizzy, and unable to concentrate--sometimes almost disoriented. Is this unheard of? To have side effects emerge after being on treatment/medication for a relatively long time? I am concerned and very disturbed about this condition.
