Hi lost,
Yes definitely post over in the meds section, but also I would like to ask - are you currently receiving any therapy apart from the drugs?
It sounds as though it would be helpful to you to speak to a therapist real world (i.e not just over the net), who can help you put a brake on what seems a downward slide for you.
I feel your pain - when you are hurting but can't even get motivated to help yourself - thats really when its time to put your hands and up and say "hey, gimme a break - I need a hand".
(N.B If you are feeling GENUINELY HOPELESS, PLEASE call a professional or a helpline and tell them NOW, because it can lead to more drastic measures.)I've been there too, and what I found was Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT). This helps you handle the deeper issues and reduce the pain, anxiety and hopelessness from the inside.
I apologise if this seems like a weak gesture, but if you cannot get to a therapist, then please try the book "Feeling Good - The New Mood Therapy" by David D Burns. It is the bible of CBT and handles motivation, depression, anxiety, social disorders, OCD, drugs ... the lot. It is, quite literally, a lifesaver.
I really hope this is of some help. Keep on fighting buddy.
