He! Well once again you made me smile :-)

I lose posts too and sometimes it suprises me when and where I find them. But thats ok - what would life be without a suprise every now and then?

>What I really want to know is how far I can go using foul language. I have a filthy mouth but I assure you I'm pure in spirit. What I'm trying to get at is this: Is there anyway I can curse, swear, blaspheme, let loose a volley of oaths, make rather indelicate references to flatulence.

Yeah. We have an automated civility checker that will automatically insert asterisks in words deemed to be offensive by Miriam Webster online. They should just turn up automatically between the 'confirm' step and when your post appears on the board. Dr Bob has promised not to block people for swearing so long as they have the checker left on - which is its default. That being said... I think if you told someone to go f*ck themselves then that would get you a slap on the hand...

>And what about all this LOL and IMO and GAD and...Pdoc and T...

LOL - Laugh out loud
IMO - In my opinion
GAD - I think that one is generalised anxiety disorder
p-doc - psychiatrist
t - therapist

They took me a while too. ROFL got me. I think its roll on the floor laughing...

>but I feel like I'm totally out of it when it comes to discussions.

:-( Hope you come to feel better about them in time.

>I can proclaim and opine.

Well now, thats a good start :-)

>But I don't think I know how to discuss or relate.

I think most of us have difficulty. Thats why we are here. I have learned a lot about social skills here. Still have a long way to go.
