It can be a bit hard to figure things out to start with... But it does get easier. The link above takes you back to the message you posted on the main Babble board - which is about medications so that was the place to post that :-)

You will probably get more helpful comments / discussion from that end. I just try to direct people to the appropriate board from over here...

If you just want to chat about stuff then social is a good board for that. You can talk about whatever you like. It is a good place to get to know people as well. Just respond to any threads that you find interesting...
