Hello there espeon, glad you found us! I know what you mean about finding it hard to get adequate support from friends and family, I often think that my mental health issues put something of a strain on my relationships. I don't get that here, though, because we are all in the same (or at least similar) boats.
I am really glad that you decided to join us. Just post to any board you like as a topic interests you, or feel free to start a thread of your own. Of course you can always chat on this board for a while too.
