biofeedback for depression and fibromyalgia

Posted by jody0202 on November 18, 2004, at 20:42:40

I have just completed six weeks of neurofeedback for fibromyalgia, depression, and a non invasive head injury. The accident that caused the head injury brought on rapid onset fibromyalgia and adult ADD along with all of the resulting symptomatic problems. It should be noted that I am also a dyslexic.

I cannot begin to tell you how great it is to have most of my life back. With the follow up therapies and a daily meditation practice along with chi kung I feel almost normal. After 11 years of struggle I can participate and not be simply a very depressed onlooker.

My message: THERE IS HELP AVAILABLE. DO NOT GIVE UP!

Peace, Love, and many Blessings
