Hello brown, welcome to psychobabble. Sorry you didn't get a reply post here sooner - you might want to try asking your med timing question on the main medication board.
I take my effexor xr (150mg) dose in the morning, as well as wellbutrin xl (300mg) which counteracts the sleepiness the effexor causes. Don't have any knowledge about Remeron, sorry - but I know you'll find lots of advice here.
