I've tried them and currently take magnesium and get diarrhea from loo mg. And never in my 35 years of benzo use have I escalated my dose when a doc said go up I went down. Only variant on that was last summer that pdoc here took again the small dose of luvox and substited way too high of a benzo that was 3mg Bid of long acting xanax and the wanted me on 8mg of ativan said no took 6mg ended up in the Er as couldn't sleep at all. Went back to regular dose of valium 20mg and 50mg of luvox and slept again. So what's up with that? Phillipa
