Thanks, I will check this out. I have an appointment with my alternative health practioner this morning, too - he might have a wonder cure for me :-) I slept on a sofa bed last week and my back hasn't forgiven me yet.
Happy b-lated b-day, by the way. Sorry I missed the hoopla but I was busy wallowing (you know what that's like).
