I know I gained weight. I'm too afraid to step on the scale. I gained weight from sitting around at home all day nearly everyday, sitting around at home and oversleeping. I ate when I was bored. I went on a diet only to lose about 4 pounds, only to gain it all back and probably a few more. I'm so fat right now, I can't stand it.
Tomorrow I start work. I'm going to get back into some sort of eating plan. I'm going to count calories, eat low carb and low fat.
I'm so fat. I can't stand it.
I need to make a lifestyle change, not just go on a diet.
