Hi MidnightBlue,

Thanks for your post. I found the "Menopause and the Mind" book and ordered it. It sounds interesting.

I'm not on any meds and sleep is fair but I am under alot of stress. My hormone levels seem to be fluctuating. I've been told that I'm perimenopausal and flat out menopausal. I'm currently closing in on 40. I entered therapy and have had a hard time remembering some things from childhood and other things coming up that I never remembered but were corraborated by others. I want to write it off as maybe hormonal but therapist thinks maybe not. Although docs have said my hormones are off. Go figure? My regular day to day short term memory seems o.k., seems to be the long term thats a problem.
