Seems for the past ll years when I was diagnosed with hasimotos thyroiditis all the docs that did the testing said it was okay to take the pill less then an hour before breakfast they knew I ate yougurt then. I've seen an endocinologist who said absolutly no. And now my thyroid TSh has gone from the good range on the food to the low below low range on food. So med was adjusted. First the GP lowered synthroid then an endo called me back with test results yesterday and it's still low so he's giving me the new low synthroid three days a week and then a lower dose the other four days. I feel worse. No energy at all and anxiety at the same time. I don't understand this. Anyone one know why and next testing is in six weeks. All I want to do is sleep. Forcing myself not too. Just need a reason for feeling worse. he also checked cortisol okay and pituitary and said Tsh comes from the pituitary didn't know that. Please help me understand. Thenks Love Phillipa
