Still being good. Fasting blood sugars have gone down about ten points from the low 160's to the low 150's after a couple of weeks away from my couple of weeks at the office. And I had my quarterly hemoglobin blood test today and my internist will decide whether to change my medications. She'd like it below 140. The blood sugars after eating still seem to be ok, oddly enough.

I don't think I could possibly eat much less or much more healthy than I am right now. It's making me positively crabby.

I had been afraid that I might have a yeast infection in my mouth. Diabetes is great for yeast infections. I have a near constant one under my arms. But I finally figured out a way to look at the top of my mouth, which has been blistering for a couple of days, and it's not white or red. More sort of yellow.

I feel awful, though. The burning in my mouth is disrupting my sleep. I'm mildly nauseated. And of course *now* it's that time of the month.

And while I've been working eight to ten hours a day, I still am worried about my deadline.

Which is probably more than you wanted to know when you asked. :)

What was the name of the program? Maybe I'll watch to see if it comes on again.
