I read a bit on it for you and apparently nursing does really help with post partum.

Nursing releases " endorphins" which is the "feel good neurotransmitter" so it does help give you a calmer, happier mood.

I noticed this myself ( I only nursed one of my two children and there was a noticeable post partum difference for the better when I nursed).

I think it's safe for you to take fish oil while pregnant- Omega 3's. I know they have been proven to help depression as well.

Maybe you could ask your doctor about that..

I hope you feel relief soon and I will pray now that you will have a smooth transition post partum and just be so incredibly blessed/happy with your new baby.

(((((hugs))))

Ps. is this your first baby?

If it is and you have questions, let me know. I'd be glad to help. I have an 11 year old and a soon to be 7 year old.
