I'm sorry that your question did not receive the sort of response you were seeking, but what you seek isn't going to happen, either. There is no doctor here to answer you. Dr. Bob is a moderator, and yes he is a doctor, but he does not directly address anyone's medical concerns. He, in fact, must maintain strict boundaries against medical advice, as that would put him into the position of having taken a poster on as his client. I.e. there would be legal ramifications of his offering advice. There are only your peers, here. Just us posters.
I'm sorry your expectations of receiving a doctor's advice won't be met.
I did a look-see on Google, and what I found suggests that you may have a gallbladder/bile-related deficiency. If your body fails to produce and/or secrete specific enzymes and emulsifiers (bile) into chyme (partially digested food, after it has left the stomach), then digestion cannot proceed. There are chemosensors further along in the digestive tract which will sense that your body is not digesting that chyme properly, and it will continue on a speedy passage out of the body. You would probably be well advised to seek out an internist who specializes in liver/gallblader/digestion issues. Apart from the discomfort of experiencing this periodically, your body will also be deprived of essential raw materials to maintain its health. You have good reason to seek out a resolution of this problem.
