UK health system- questions

Hello,
I have considered the idea of moving to the UK on a working holiday visa to work for awhile (I am both a Canadian and US citizen). My question involves the healthcare system. As someone on a visa, would I have access to the national Healthcare system? Is psychiatric treatment covered under this system? any information that can be provided would be appreciated, thanks.
