I use Benadryl. I have the "Itch Relief Stick" which has liquid that is dispensed via a cloth pad on the end. If you have a large number of bites, you might want to try a lotion such as Calamine or Caladryl. Just make sure that you also don't take Benadryl orally. It is absorbed through the skin in these preparations.
