Hi Deb - I'm so glad you're able to put some of your feelings into words.
I'm sure you've been through a huge spectrum of different feelings. It's so good you can vocalize, I think...especially anger - I would think it's hard to admit that. I've heard that anger is the "tip of the iceberg" emotion....that there's this huge original emotion under it. I've recently had an experience where I was VERY in touch with the anger. When I was at my psych appointment, I got in touch with what was underneath & it was NOT comfortable to face the hurt I was feeling. It was something a so-called-friend had said about my son & to admit, even to myself that my feelings were hurt felt way too vulnerable!
