Help! I'm grieving the loss of my fiance

Hi all,

I was engaged for one year to a very interesting man. We became disengaged two months ago. I weep almost daily. Sometimes I am very angry as the engagement ended badly. A couple of friends have told me it will take two years to get over this. I have never experienced grief before and am finding it trying.

Any suggestions?
